I think I did in the overview video before the fast, but if not: I found some interesting research into fasting regenerating the immune system (I'm not expecting a cure, but thought it might increase my insulin sensitivity), and as well as this I found out about autophagy, which is a process whereby the body recycles/removes dead & damaged cells, so that sounded like a pretty nice benefit as well... & I thought it'd just be interesting because I'd never gone that long without eating before.
It didn't end too well, but I'm definitely going to give it another go in the future - unfortunately I probably won't be able to do it as often as I'd like, as I don't have too much extra weight on me, and I also (unfortunately) work in a supermarket.. and I'm not sure whether I'll have the willpower to stand surrounded by foodw for hours/days on end without caving lol.
