Water how much

I find that roughly 2 litres a day is good for me. Any less than 1.5 litres I show signs of dehydration. Headaches is the main and worst symptom followed by peeing more frequently and my bg starts to fluctuate and doesn't seem to relate to what I'm eating. The first time it happened I was mystified and it took me a good 3 or 4 days to work out the cause. I now keep a pack of oral electrolyte tabs in my emergency kit to provide support to deal with the symptoms of dehydration quickly.

Love the chart today I settled for two litres and I feel better for it less full of water. but I have been to farm and adventure park with children so I may have more.

About 6-8 cups unless you are asked to drink more for meds but not too much for diuretics or similiar meds to over work your kidneys.
Colour of urine tells you what you need to know. Smell too.

I drink around 4 x 600ml bottles of tap water a day during the hotter weather, some times more sometimes less.

Plus the coffee in the morning, and sometime a rare cup of tea at night, so I would be over 4 litres of water a day.

When I was working at MIM I was always drinking water or Staminade from the Temprite, as it was a hot job and I needed to replace what I sweated out.

When working from home, I usually drink around 3 litres per day; this will be water with a slice of lemon and keeps my mind crystal-clear for all those figures!

When out on the roads, I still get through around 2 litres of bottled water - but this is tempered by the lack of public loos!
