Hi Roomllim and welcome to the forum. I'm afraid I have no idea where you could find that sort of funding but wouldnt be surprised if it exists somewhere, have you exhausted Google?
What about charities that operate in this area? Perhaps the CAB?

CAB = citizens advice bureau
