In fact I do not eat watermelon because I'm afraid of it I thought it was high in carbohydrates
But I found that it is not high in carbohydrates about 7.5g per 100g
Is anyone here trying to eat it

I stick to the honeydew - as once I start to eat melon - particularly in this hot weather, and I have chilled it in the fridge - I do tend to eat a lot of it. I usually have to give up all carbs for the rest of the day.
As watermelons tend to be rather large the temptation might be too great.
