Now living in Italy it is getting to that time of year and They are HUGE!!! This time last year I could eat half no worries NOW the question is

1) CAN I OR CAN'T I?
2) Are they good or bad?

:shh: someone anyone I do not care just say "Davide eat as much as you want"

I have two guides for you.

1. 286g of watermelon which is classed as around 1/16 of a (presumably) large fruit is 22g carbs 18.5g sugar and 1g fiber

2. A medium slice (again I guess will depend on size of fruit) is 8.1g carbs 0.1g fiber, no sugar available for this one.

I would say try and test. Personally I would stay well clear as the carb and sugar content is high, try a small piece and see.
 
Luckily I don't like them (Except for maybe the one I had 15 years ago at a friends house that had been injected with Vodka and allowed to ferment for a few days!...Jeez,that was one HEAVY night!!!) :crazy:

Bearing in mind that alcohol con negate the effect of the carbs......
