We all have bad days!

Hi all, just a fun (ish) topic to highlight that everyone has the odd bad control day no matter what they do. This was mine yesterday (still not really sure what causes it, although swapping my nasal pen and upping my basal dose by 1 seems to be bringing me down again! )

Yesterday i couldn't get it below 10 for most of the day, then climbing in the evening I had to eat sweets to avoid treat/avoid hypos! Screw bad days.
