Week 3 major diet change, before and after meals glucose

So I was Dx T2 2 weeks ago at 6.8% a1c 8.5 mmol/l / 153 mg/dl fasting glucose.

Made immediate change to diet, no bad foods, still sorting out good foods.

I got a strip meter with loads of strips last friday and thought it would be worth sharing so newbies (like me) can get an idea of why using a meter is good.

My numbers are way down. My first test after Dx was 11 days, wish I had a meter for that.

Brilliant. In 3 weeks only. Well done. Have you downloaded mysugr app? This will estimate your next hba1c using these readings.
