    Thanks Peerless
Once again my weight jumped up which is soooo annoying as I am sticking to the ND religiously and staying below 800 cal per day.

Fasting BG this morning was 5.9 which is best I have had since week 1 when I got a 5.6
Hoping it's going to start coming down like yours.
Weight coming back down but not yet back to 13st 9 yet.
BP was best yet last night. Completely normal.

Will be end of week 4 Sunday morning at which time I will post my weekly update

Muzzer do you have ketostix ? I could be wrong because I am not a diet expert but some of those shakes are carb/sugar heavy. I looked a couple of them but I am sure those carbs and sugars would have spiked me, and I wonder if they would have kept me out of ketosis.
