Weekly injections of Dulaglutide..

Is this course of weekly action something that works at its best on the day you take it or does it wear off as the week goes on.? And also, is the location site of the injection important.. I was told my upper and outer thigh or my lower and side of my abdomen and another nurse said I could use the outside of my upper arm?

I've just been prescribed this & I'm waiting for the actual medication, but the bumf the DN gave me says Stomach, top of thighs, top of arms (in the fleshy bits) at to rotate sites
