Weekly weigh in - Fridays

12st 11lb for me today, just a pound off but I should be back to full health next week and so will be hitting the treadmill
 
Loss this week was 1.4 lb (.63 kg)

Other stats are:

Current Weight: 181.0 lbs (82 kg)
Starting Weight: 273.59 lb (124.1 kg)


Total loss so far: 92.59 lbs (41.9 kg) or 6 stone 8.59
 
I said I wasn’t going to weigh in but force of habit took over. And my scales beamed at me saying 10st 12. So that’s officially me done.
5 stone lost since Aug 5th. (Diagnosis and low carb started 14th sept but I did lose weight in that first month so always count that as my start date for weight loss) Now to maintain where I’m at within a pound or two either side
 
I lost some more weight this week: 2 lbs (.9 kg)

total weight loss so far : 94.59 lbs (42.9 kg - 6 stone 10.59)

my other stats are:
Starting Weight: July 5 : 273.59 lb (124.09 kg)
Current Weight: Mar 10 : 179.0 lb (81.9 kg)

BMI: was 48.0, now 30.7 lost over 34% of starting weight

Pleased to report I’ve stayed the same - maintaining is my aim now I’m at my goal weight, so 10st 12 on the scales
 
A 1.0 lb (.45 kg) loss this week,

This gives me a total loss so far of 95.5 lbs (43.3 kg) or 6 stone 11.5.

Starting weight : 273.59 lbs (124 .1 kg)
Current weight: 178.0 lbs (80.7 kg)

Surprised to see a larger than usual weight loss this week:

2.8 lb (1.2 kg).
This gives me a total loss so far of 98.39 lb (44.6 kg or 7 stone)

other stats:
starting weight: 273.59 lb 124.1 kg
current weight : 175.2 lb 79.4 kg)
 
I'm the same weight this week. 18wks to my op is on countdown.

Doing a strict week but only conformed yesterday.
Chocolate milkshake made thicker with less milk.
Ive had salad since Sunday but not a great fan. Back to veg dinners in colder weather.

Ordering butchers sliced meats for Easter. No egg for me, not a huge fan of massed produced chocolate.

I do miss Bananas though. Or anything banana flavoured. Think I'll buy some essence because the sugar free syrups irritate my IBS.
