Hmmm. Cream and cheese. Not necessarily together.... Add some avocado and bacon to the diet at you're on the way.I have dropped down to 85.8 kg from 98 kg when I weighed myself at my GP's yesterday, which is more than I wanted to lose. I am now down to the weight I was a smoker.
I need to work out how put it back on so I get back to 90 kg where I wanted to be in the first place.

Another good week. Excellent work, well done.Morning. Lost another 0.4kg this week - same amount lost each of the last 3 weeks. Down to 92.4 kg. Another 1.3kg and I will have lost 10% of my body weight since diagnosis.
Good luck, it is achievable.Lost 1lb this week, now 14st 5 lbs, had a bit of a blip in the week so ok with this loss. Aiming for 2lbs next week

I am delighted this week with a 78.8. Losing track of how I am doing but that is a relatively big drop for the first week since the mega birthday fortnight. So since last dn visit in Jan I have lost 2.3kg without suffering or anything harder than reading the carb labels. Next week I might honestly be able to say I have a 35 inch waist. I am sure I read somewhere that is the target size in the USA. Meantime if I breathe in I can beat it.
I took one statin pill. Was all aches and pains the next day so not doing that again. Far too busy on the lottie and we are short handed for planting the herb beds in the exotic garden on Tuesday so I defo cannot risk any feeling poorly days. Still waiting to hear when the scan of my leg will take place. Hope they do my whole right side.

You deserve success.I have actually lost weight again even with too high levels of carbs and too many calories... but I really do not trust my weightloss untill it keeps off now for many weeks...there is a difference though from my own weight and the one in my fitness center of 2.5kg... My own is too optimistic I think.. saying now this morning : 75kg ... but at fitness I weigh 77-78kg..... so not really celebrating anything right now... so I´ll not change my weight today...

It's going fine now dropped with lost body fat 3 nearly 4 dress sizes and that's better than what scales says! Yippee. K

I'm more worried about what he might find although echo scan said heart was good. I just need the lack of power andchest heaviness and pains to go and not come back. I want to do exercise again. I couldnt even sing along side my fav adele song today. I cannot do anything after a few minutes of starting it without breathlessness and heavy chest. Nothing.
