But many years ago one of my neighbours , an ex-nurse, used to have a Friday coffee morning weigh in and kept records for us, and that <strong>was</strong> useful.</p><p></p><p>My weight has been more or less stable for just under 2 years now after losing a fair bit, but do I still need to lose a lot more.
