Weight gain

I just wanted to add- depending on what type of exercise and when you do it that may cause your levels to rise as well.
 
3 litres of water weighs 3 kg so that might be something to do with your short term weight gain. Why do you drink so much water?

I drink it throughout the day, I usually drink 1.5litre in the gym then the rest throughout the day.
