- Acceptance of health treatment claims that are not adequately supported by evidence. I dislike it when people sell ineffective and even harmful alternative health products to exploit the desperation of people with chronic illness.
It depends how much you eat, especially how much carbs. What type(s) of insulin are you using, is it with meals and do you adjust it according to the amounts of carbs or is it a set dose?
