For dinner it's veg with protein in the form of chicken, pork, or similar with butter on the veg instead of gravy that I used to have. I have only the occasional pear or berries with cream after either lunch or my evening meal. Oh yes, - and the occasional temptation of choc or nuts late at night. Can't believe that the odd little treat can undo all that hard work so easily ......
