It is also painful to contemplate that if you have achieved your target weight by rigorous self denial then you aren't going to be able to relax and enjoy without putting weight back on.</p><p></p><p>You can't rely on the exercise component either, because bad weather, injury, lack of motivation and a load of other things can make you reduce or quit exercise. So you will have to be extra careful what you eat if you cut back on the exercise. All this is harsh but true.</p></blockquote><p></p>
