rude d/n nurses and being treated like im wierd because im diabetic
this will sound really daft but the dn nurse was confused as to how much i had lost and shes confused me to i wonder if anyone could help my original weight in dec was 21 stone 135 kgs now im 100kgs so loss of 35 she thinks its 3 stone im confused as i thought more help
 
If you have lost 35kg then your weight loss is far more than 3st - it's just over 5st 7lb - that's amazing very well done you!

If you google kilos to stones you will get lots of conversion sites, very handy to have
 
does it not go in lbs confuses me if it does its 2 half stones .. but thankyou
 
1kg is 2.2lbs, so every 5 kg is (give or take the odd ounce) 11lbs.

You've lost 35kg.
to convert to pounds multiply by 2.2 = 77lbs (aprox figure)
there are 14lbs in a stone 77/14= 5.5stone
so well done!

using a calculator with a precise factor makes 5.716st
