weight loss how i control it

since being diagnosed diabetic i piled on the pounds always trying different ways to lose weight borderline obsessed till i came across two things
1: raw carrots high in vitamins and none fattening and the satisfied my sweet tooth
2: i bought a vibro plate this tones the body and i saw vast differences within weeks i went down a dress size, i sit on it for only 10 mins a day it has also made a dramatic improvement on my sugar levels

My battle with weight is never-ending. It takes me a couple of weeks to shed a kilo. Currently I'm about 16 kilos lighter than 3 years ao
I also looked at the vibrating plate gizmos, but I'd have to try one first, because I'm allergic to many kinds of vibration.
