I have lost nearly a stone and a half since I started LCHF and up to now because I have worn jeans and baggy jumpers it wasn't really noticeable. Today it is warm and sunny and I am wearing a t shirt and cropped leggings. My weight loss is visbile and even though I say so myself I look great! My friend commented on how thin I look:)

Has anyone else lost weight on their feet? I was always a size 2, then when I had my eldest son I went up to a 3. I just thought it was post pregnancy but now I have lost weight I can fit into my old size 2 shoes - it was obviously just fat:)

Yes I had to buy new shoes - down a size

Well done! Maybe not all fat loss from your feet, with over a stone less to carry they won't spread laterally as much?

Well done, that's an excellent motivation for continuing. I can also see my new thinner self in summer clothes and feel great with more confidence. I can't say I've noticed the shoe thing though, but thinking about it, when I had to move up from a size many years ago it probably coincided with weight gain at the time. I keep looking at myself in the mirror now!

I'm finding it hard to adjust to a thinner self, although I still have a way to go. But I can see the old me reappearing, which is pleasing. What I'm not handling very well is my work colleagues' comments. They have been brilliant but they are now saying that I really shouldn't think about losing another 3 stones. But this is what I still need to get rid of. The problem is they have never seen me when I was thin and athletic, and they have no imagination ha ha ha
