I've been eating a reduced carbs diet for the last 5 weeks since I was diagnosed as a type 2.
As of this morning I have lost 5.3 kg and my blood glucose has been mostly in the normal range for most of that time.
This forum has been a big help in my progress, So thanks for all the help guys.
