Hi, new on this sort of thing, but need advise on how not to lose weight. Have been 11st 6lbs for years until type one on board and within two years have lost a lot of muscle weight and cannot put it back on.#
I am now 10st and find it hard to physically work.
Would be grateful for any help.......be patient with me please. lol

can the GP advise, i know they can refere you to a gym, my diabetic nurse offered me, and a dietician should be able to help, thats all i know good luck
