I managed to lose 4.5 stone
I tried every diet going and got no where then i came across tescos granola bars i tried other brands but they weren't as tasteful one for breakfast and one for dinner they are slow release and very filling then for tea no carbs or low carbs then weekends full roast dinner on top of this i started hula hooping 30 minutes a day you can do this all in one go or spread it out now at first i could not hula hoop i think i got more exercise bending down picking it up all the time
I started doing this on 4th November 2014 and lost. 4.5 stone so far i am now at my ideal weight and couldn't be happier

so you have one of these bars for 2 out of your 3 meals a day...............?
