After 3 weeks of LCHF I have lost 9lb. Which makes a total loss so far of 1st 10lb (I lost just over a stone before diagnosis). Happy dance

- Acceptance of health treatment claims that are not adequately supported by evidence. I dislike it when people sell ineffective and even harmful alternative health products to exploit the desperation of people with chronic illness.
