Weight target achieved do I continue on LCDiet

HI, i cut out carbs, i.e. pasta, rice, potatoes, cereal, grains, etc. over a year ago - i was only slightly overweight, so the main aim was trying to lower my blood sugars. they're normal now, and though i lost a stone over a year, my weight seems to have stabilised in the last few months, even though i haven't started eating carbs again. my body seems to enjoy a carb-free diet, so i'm carrying on with it. i started using a monitor at the same time as cutting out carbs, and have found it incredibly useful.
