Weight Wont Budge

i cant seem to get my weight to budge
no matter what i try
so i thought of maybe an
all meat diet

but i cant figure out how to flavor meats
differently to avoid the same tastes again and again

what can go on the top or mixed in without
NOT using meats?
what would i use for flavorings?
 
Sometimes, especially with lamb, I prefer a smidgen of salt and nothing else. Most times I like a lot of spices such as Old Bay Seasoning, Ina Paarmans Garlic Pepper, smoked paprika, chilli, ginger, fresh garlic the list is endless.
 
Google low carb marinades, there's lots of really nice ones you can make :)
 
With lamb / hogget / mutton = mint sauce , salt and pepper.

With beef = horseradish sauce / hot English mustard, salt and pepper.

With pork = just gravy, salt and pepper.

With goat = gravy, salt and pepper.
