Ok first off apologies for moaning!!!
Ok my husband and I went out for the day today to visit Canterbury. Now yes I was stupid in that we'd woken up late and gone out without eating. However I was fine (except a slight headache) until we went to have a meal about mid afternoon. After a long wait before our order was even taken I started to feel dizzy and went freezing cold (internally shaking with it). Now I've struggled dizziness for years as I have migraine variant AND labarynthitis. I also have fibromyalgia and Raynaud's phenomenon (oh joy guess I'm falling apart) however the cold and shaking is definitely a very new symptom. I did check my bg which came out at 6.3. I'd like to be able to ascribe this episode to one of my other many complaints however it eased off after we had eaten. Guess I was just silly not to have eaten earlier in the day..... I was just wondering if it's something that's worth making an appointment and discussing with my dr on Monday or if someone has any ideas as to what MIGHT have happened (yes I realised that were not medically trained).
