I was just having a browse around on the home page of Diabetes.co.uk (normally just come straight into the chat foums) but for anyone who hasn't seen it, take a look at the Gluco-Carry advertised about half way down the page. It is a simple idea.....a key fob that doubles as a small container for 4 glucose tablets. What a cracking idea. I wish I had a pound for every time I've spent rummaging, mid-hypo, in the bottom of my handbag for glucose tablets or even changed handbags and forgotten them altogether. We all take our keys everywhere with us and I bet a diabetic thought of this simple, clever idea.Perhaps everyone already knows about this but it's new to me and something I reckon I'll be ordering.

I don't know how many tubes of glucose tablets I've taken out of the washing machine.

I eventually stopped Steven putting them in his trouser pockets. He never used them.

I bought one of these and keep it on my car key fob, it's extremely handy when having a hypo as you know exactly where it is.

Just remember to fill it up again afterwards! :D
