So I have been so good eating virtually no carbs. Other than what’s in veg etc.
Then I had Diet Coke last week. Now this should have been the slap around the face that said, oi, things are stirring and not for the good.
Instead I missed the signs. Had the Coke and that kicked off the whole week.
So starting again, feel like rubbish today but well that’s punishment I guess.
Have picked myself up, brushed myself didn’t and given myself a talking to. Just didn’t recognise the signs.
But disappointed my body is still so addicted to sugar that one slip and it’s downhill until a bigger slip happens and I realise.
Does there ever come a time when the body finally gives up its grip on sugar?
Don’t know where it came from but I think the odd ice cream once a week probably was the first sign!!
