Hi, I am curious what diabetes or health related applications people use to help manage their diabetes. I know a lot of people just use glucometers, but if you use any app on your smartphone that helps manage diabetes, such as notes, a meal log, a fitness log, or an application specifically for diabetes, I would love to find out which ones.

The apps are often more trouble than they are worth. I find keeping all the info in my head to be effective enough and far more convenient than using apps. Been doing it for a long time, so had lots of practice. I sometimes use a CGM & sensor to help identify blood glucose patterns. Especially useful for seeing what happens overnight.

I use MySugr and Carb Manager for me that covers most of what I need.

I find them both pretty useful and quite straight forward to use.

I find my memory isn't quite what it used to be and I can no longer remember the carb content of every food item out there.
