What are you doing now and humorous banter.

Wow Oxford!! Not the last time but the time before last I was in Oxford I came of the crown court, straight across the road into the police station, then Mrs J and myself were bundled into an unmarked police car and driven to the city boundary. Bit like the old wild west.
Core you has a posh nosh for lunch, all I got was left overs.
As for a project good luck I have lots of unfinished ones.
Mind you I did have a little excitement this morning, I had to take my motorbike for a little remedial work via the doctors for my diabetic blood test, so I parked my bike in the doctors....Note to my self I really must get the brakes fixed.

my cars mot next week be lucky if it passess ive been praying a lot lets see if it works
Got our eleven year old heap through the MOT in January with no fail items. "Your battery is in very bad condition sir, we really should replace it because the cold weather will finish it off". "Is it an MOT failure fault"? "No, sir". "In that case, leave it be". Finally sold the car last week; battery still in situ and still working, having survived the Beast from the East et al. They've told me it's in bad condition every year for the past three years. Sharks, the lot of 'em

Umm ... You're married and have five girlfriends?
I don't think anyone will sympathize if that's the case.

mines a little banger but gets me from a to b but must admit my confidence is failing me too many cars on the road for me only go short distances prefer to be ferried around

has anybody heard off cumbs i was just wondering how his niece is doing xx
I was wondering the same. Haven't seen any posts for a while now. Hope everything is OK. Do you know him well enough to send a PM?

I think Cumbs is incommunicado at the moment but I believe she's making good progress, which I'm sure some on here will be glad to hear.

Not sure what relevance this has to what you are doing right now?
thanks jay its got nothing to do with it but just wanted to know and didnt know where else to look so thanks again and yes lots probably would like to know xx

How about wondering how cumbs is doing, does that not fit the criteria ? Please feel free to correct me, I do have a poor command of the english language.

Just got home from garden group...dropped parcels off at Post Office as required and succumbed to buying a cream cake (eclair) to go with my cup of tea from the shop next door.........

...also found two board games in a charity shop in same parade of shops for my son (he has an interest in playing board games and always looking out for different ones to try with friends or family when he comes to stay)

....hope he likes them; if not I have just donated £8.50 to a local charity which he will approve of....

.....debating whether I have the energy to do any of my own garden this afternoon whilst the sun is trying to shine or to chill out for rest of day....decisions, decisions....

Like a some biker folk, some but not all, I keep my bikes plugged into a battery conditioner during the winter to keep the battery topped up. They work on cars also, no need for dodgy garage sharks.

Thb, I was hoping it would give up the ghost, thus giving me another reason to tell Mrs h-c that we had to get a new car before anything more went wrong with the existing one. However, she has finally succumbed to my incessant whining anyway, so we're sorted
