What are you doing now and humorous banter.

Decided on a relaxing day today so finishing watching something on catch up TV that I started watching last night.....also excuse to put my feet up....

...have another appointment with nurse this afternoon to change dressing on my leg after blister earlier in the week.....hoping that it heals quickly or I can at least get a smaller dressing than the four inch square pad currently on it.....feeling sore at the moment but to be expected....

....countdown is now on for our wedding in 10 days time and a large white dressing on my leg was not part of my chosen wedding outfit.....fingers crossed that it won’t need to be but what will be will be as they say....

....hope everyone has a good day and weekend whatever you have planned...:)

Just been to quickest ever hospital appointment with @Clivethedrive .....booked X-ray appointment for 7:30pm and was straight in within five minutes of booking in....only one other person in waiting room....even got out of hospital car park without paying as first 30 minutes free....in fact, think we made it from home to hospital and back again within half hour...

....would have been a completely different situation if going earlier in the day but know from previous experience that booking an evening appointment I had a few years back works well...

....feet up now for rest of the evening...:)

@Knikki.....don't know whereabouts in the country you live but discovered this event happening in London on Tuesday 10th July...

...basically it is the RAF 100 celebration day with a flypast of over 100 military aircraft over the capital and up The Mall...the list of aircraft taking part is comprehensive and includes the Lancaster Bomber you saw today....

...by chance myself and @Clivethedrive will be in London that day.....we are getting married in London the day before and will be spending our wedding night in a hotel just a stones throw from St James Park and the flypast route..

..am thinking that we will watch this event before we head home as husband and wife..:joyful:...sounds as if it will be quite spectacular and something else to make our special day memorable ...:)
 
Waiting for @Clivethedrive to return from work.....the joys of the M25 and Dartford Crossing:rolleyes:...sitting with my feet up and watching telly (Argentina being knocked out of World Cup)....

...went to hairdressers this afternoon for pre wedding haircut....booked appointment for next Saturday to have my nails done...:)

....dinner tonight is gammon steaks, home cooked potato chips, peas and sweetcorn....:hungry:
