With a sirloin (someone else paying) I'd go for the same as I have with a 100% beef burger ... bacon, cheese, mushrooms, tomato, fried egg on top.
If it was fillet I'd show more respect.
Well any of those would have been my choice before I was diabetic. Now I'll settle for a yummy salad instead......and nice low BG's for aftersIt would either be chips, onion rings, mushrooms and peppercorn sauce or mash, peas, mushrooms and a lovely sherry sauce my mother makes yum!!
