What can I eat?

When I already have a restricted diet!
I do not eat any wheat/gluten as cannot tolerate it though am not coeliac but have a skin problem that improved when I stopped eating wheat.
I do not eat large quantities of dairy products but can eat yogurt, hard cheese but cannot drink milk as it makes me feel sick.
I do not like a lot of vegetables and lettuce etc gives me indigestion thanks to reflux.

So looking at lo carb it means that protein via meat/fish is fine but not very interesting! So what do other folk have if they have problems with that diet?
 
Eggs, nuts, seeds?

There are so many vegetables and so many ways of cooking them. I am not mad for boiled school-dinner-style cabbage, but love it raw in coleslaw. Look for other ways of preparing veg and you may find more you like.

Wheat and milk are not great choices anyway I reckon, so you're not missing out there. Good luck.
