What can we eat for supper/ bedtime?

So for supper, some kind of protein (beef, chicken, fish) and some non-starchy vegetable (broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, brussel sprouts) and maybe cheese for dessert. No rice, potatoes, pasta or bread.
Some nice fat like butter with that or some sauce like bearnaise or hollandaise (butter & eggyolks) :rolleyes:
