what caused this disaster ?

Before lunch 5.4 2hrs after lunch 5.6 then it started, went to garden centre had cappuccino no sugar,toasted tea cake, came home went to jubilee celebration 1/2 glass red wine and one very very small cheese, went home and tested it was 9.9, what did I DO WRONG??? went on treadmill 15mins then round the lake quickly with my dog then it went to 7.0
what was it shooting me up to 9.9
