What could be the reason?

Hi guys lately I have been feeling veryyyy hungry unrelated to my blood sugar and today I'm feeling a very little pain in my lower abdomen and I have been constipated today. Do you guys have any idea what could be the reason or have any of you experienced this?! And I know you guys don't diagnose here just need a little advice (except telling me to see a doctor I'm done with them telling me yes there's something wrong with me but they don't know what it is)
