A good quality muesli does me. Dorset Cereals mainly. I tip a probiotic yoghurt drink into it and add a milk substitute of some kind and a bit of oat bran. My favourite meal of the day. Actually, come to think of it that's not LCHF. Nice anyway.
No not low carb I should think, some where in the region of about 50 odd carbs in a bowl. Do you test? wonder what the reading is after that. Suppose it could depend on what else you eat in the day as to what effect it will have over all.
