It says that your hba1c (which tells you something about your average blood glucose during the last 3 months) is 24.
Diabetes starts at 48, prediabetes at 42. Anything between 20 and 42 is normal.
On your form it says 'neuropathy'. If you have this, or if they think you may have this might be the reason why they tested you for diabetes. Neuropathy can be caused by high blood glucose, among other things.
Hi - it means your blood glucose levels are low, which means you are nowhere near the levels that diabetes would automatically be diagnosed at. The graph shows the range of blood glucose values in non-diabetic people. Almost everyone is around 35-41 mmol/mol
The "target for good control etc" is for people who are diabetic - although it is set firmly in diabetic territory and very far from "normal" levels.
I had neuropathy which started at a BG level of around 43 or 44 and which has 99% gone away since I brought my BG back to normal levels. As @Antje77 says, neuropathy can be caused by things other than high blood glucose.
