I'm not a breakfast eater, so about 10ish I have bacon and eggs. Lunch might be a salad, but I'm a lazy cook and open a tin of tuna and have that with an avocado. Tea can be chicken, meats etc but all with veg, like cauli, cabbage, broccoli or green beans. Veg that grows above ground. Salads with griddled chicken. I have sunflower and pumpkin seeds on my salad with olive oil and vinegar. And I use butter on my veg.

I have a full fat natural Greek yogurt with a few berries thrown in for breakfast, and a mug of tea with a dash of milk.

Lunch I may have one slice of toast (wholemeal heavily seeded) and butter with poached eggs, or a tinned salmon salad with cherry toms, cheddar cheese, real mayo and a slice of the same bread and butter, or bacon, eggs, toms and mushrooms with a slice of the same bread and butter, or egg mayo (2 eggs and real mayo) with cherry toms and a slice of bread and butter.. I can manage 1 slice of this bread without spiking unduly.

Evening meal is normally meat or fish with some veg (not a veg lover), plus mushrooms, toms and a very small portion of spuds - 2 small ones at most. Sundays we always have a proper roast dinner with chicken or lamb, cauliflower, other veggies, and 2 small roast spuds.

I drink several mugs of tea throughout the day and vast amounts of cold water. A glass of red wine about 4 evenings a week.

I never snack and haven't got a sweet tooth so don't bother with puddings, maybe the odd handful of berries.
