What do you use to reduce scarring?

Aside from site rotation, what do you do to reduce scarring from all the needle insertions? I have some cream that I was given to reduce bruising after giving blood one time in Australia (Type 1's can give blood in Australia) but I am back in the UK and coming to the end of the cream and was wondering if there is anything that people use here for the same purpose.

Bio oil has a good write up

I use Bio Oil on my CABG scars - it's good stuff. Never thought to try it on injection sites.

Arnica is good for bruising, but never tried it on injection sites or any broken skin, sorry.
