What for tea tonight?

Lamb meatballs with Persian spice mix, mint, cherry tomatoes, leftover spinach mornay with extra sour cream and a squirt or two of lime juice, baked then topped with slivers of toasted almonds. Followed by redcurrants with creme fraiche tarted up with vanilla and erythritol/stevia, and a mug of cinnamon tea. And virtually no rise in glucose levels: 6.4->6.5 :hungry::happy:
