Hi Folks,Its been a while.
I was at the eye clinic today to have laser surgury to seal up leaking vessles at the back of the eye.
It dident happen for the second time this year i was told the damage was to close to the centre of the eye to use laser surgury. after i had calmed down and asked what the alternatives were i was told to get better control of my blood suger and try taking fenofibrate to lower my blood colestral
(which isent that bad anyway)ive made appointments with my local DSN byt anyone suffering the same problems.
Regards

Are you on aspirin?

If you are it could be worth discussing stopping it with your doctor. It has recently been found to be of no use in preventing cardiovascular events in people who don't have ischaemic heart disease already and it could worsen bleeding into the eye.

Sorry you are having such problems.
