B: yougurt with cornflakes

L: fish with peas and mashed potatoes
S: whole grain slice of bread with 100 %ham
D: tomatoes and cucumber with wholemeal cracker
D2: 5 dryed bannanas
I like this inspiration but now when i read all this i feel liek i eat too much
really just cup of coffe on breakfast...i am gonna die on hunger
Ohh and i always thought that if i will not eat carbs like that i will be hungry :/ thank you!
