Tablespoonful of almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts & brazils. Because that's what's in the packet. I roast them. I only eat one brazil at a time because I read somewhere they can have a lot of selenium, which is good, but in moderation. Can I just ask, which nuts are ok for us and are we talking eating a pkt full or a handful?

At around 5.30 pm I felt shaky and light headed and couldn't quite figure out whether I wanted food or not because by now I'm usually hungry and eating dinner. Anyway, thought I'd check bs. To my amazement the meter was showing 5.8
I just stood there starring down at 5.8 ... on my 1st day of new meds and reduced carbs. Fantastic
By 6 pm I was hungry but not starving, so I had a tiny portion of the left over veg & cheese bake. I'll check bs later and update.
I'm not sure if the readings before and after are ok?
It's been an interestingly Awesome day

And then, in a surreal move only possible due to imminent xmasness, we found ourselves back at the HungryHorse eatery. And, 2nd time in a week, I'm eating that steak sizzler, peppers, mushroom, 3 onion rings, and this time, only half the chips.
Blow me down if I wasn't
6.1 at 1hr
6.2 at 2hrs

F'ing awesome.
Mr B had the 20 oz 'Megasaurus' steak this time. He was jealous of my steak last time.
He loved it.
And his brothers were impressed at his Man v Food like capacity.
It made him feel heroic.
The donut burger nonsense has been well exorcised.
Ace, isn't it?Unreal result Brunn
Ace, isn't it?
Steak obviously agrees with me.
And presumably they must double fry the potato and onion rings.
Resistant startch is the only explanation I can think of.
And my fasting this morning is 6.2, which is 0.3 lower than average.
