what if my BG and HbA1c are pointing in different direction

In doubt what is better to look at, hbA1c or fasting BG . My HbA1c is pointing at a very low 3 months bloodsugar level and even going down further. In may it was 4,9% and in July 4,3% , both even below the normal range (5% - 6%). My fasting BG is floating somewhere above the 7mmol ( 7,9 mmol in may, 7,4 mmol in july). I was diagnosed in december 2018 with 19 mmol so very happy with the rapid decrease due to lchf and exercise as well and got rid of most of the medicines. Btw all the medicines as i stopped with my last one, Silnorboral 2 weeks ago when my doctor didn't show up for the appointment (common here in nicaragua) and i had some very nasty disorientation- dizziness moments in june july after taking the pills, fortunately i wasnt driving. My guess is that my BG drops too fast in the 2 hours after the silnorboral pil in the morning. Silnorboral is combi of metformina (1000 mg) and glibenclamide (5 mg). Obviously i will reflect with a doctor on it in due time but want to make up my own mind on how the review the conflicting information. Now, 2 weeks after stopping with the last medicine, i am floating around 7,6 - 7,8 so obviously that is not sufficiently ok.

Hba1c is the figure to trust! Fasting BG can vary for all sorts of reasons, but the Hba1c is taking an average over 24hrs per day of the last 3 months or so!
If your Hba1c is good (which the figure you quote are), then you are doing great.!

Given that you only seem to have a fasting figure you’ll have no idea what happens for the rest of the day. Therefore a1c is showing the bigger picture.
