Maybe a pharmacy could advise you ....have not heard of metformin and itching before , but anything is possible ....

Have a word with your pharmacist - it could be athletes foot or just that your skin is very dry and needs a rich moisturiser. If that doesn't work a visit to the diabetic nurse is in order
