what is better novomix or glargine wid rapid acting?

Hi,my doctor gave me novomix 30/70,m taking 12units 3 times a day...but other doctors i come in contact wid,always ask me to switch to glargine,wid a rapid acting..my hb1ac was increased frm 6.8 to7.2 which is because of my poor eating habits.,.wat is a betr option for me?kindly help

I think lantus(glargine) with rapid acting is best because if you want to and are willing to work it out you can carb count allowing you to match insulin to food giving you better control of diabetes
