Type 2 What is going on?

My pre prandial BG readings used to average at about 4.7. In the last few months this has gone up to about 5.1. However the post prandial rise is smaller. Previously it was about 1.5 and now it is about 0.5.
Is this better? Or worse? Or not worth worrying about.
I am on no medication and have an Hba1c of 35.

Our levels do vary. I would be over the moon to have your numbers.

I’d say it’s nothing to worry about - sounds like the average may have gone down and an 0.5 mmol rise from 5.1 keeps you in a very good range.

Have you ever used a Libre to track what’s going on over the course of the day - that might be more insightful if you’ve got concerns.

I am not overly concerned. Thanks for the suggestion. Just curious having noticed the change.
