Can someone tell me what HbA1c is. I have been prediabetic for the last three years or so but the only levels I know are what mine were at my 2 consecutive fasting blood tests 6.9 first one and 6.8 second one last October so my doctor said still not diabetic as they were not over 7.
Also what is the Newcastle diet I have heard it mentioned a few times on here
