My choice of fats are goose fat, olive oil, butter, full fat dairy products, and the naturally occurring fats on meat and poultry. These are the ones which work for me personally. Other fats like sunflower, groundnut and sesame seed oil make me nauseous, so i dont have them.

I do not do the very high fat either. I have butter and a little cream..but do not eat the fat off meat.Eat the skin from Salmon, have pecan nuts, olive oil,some avocado as I disguse it with spices lol Mackeral
